I was quite sad, not getting to go to ICE, but then…….I found out, I did get to attend ICE.
Due to a quick twitter request, my pal, Lor brought a teddy bear to ICE and it became known as Virtual Jen.
Tuesday, I skyped in to help present w/ Dennis Grice about Reluctant Learners and Wednesday, I skyped in to help Cheryl L. w/ Wordle. People could hear my voice, but my physical presence was a very cute brown bear.
I wandered the halls of ICE on Dennis’ back and visited pubs, bars, men’s bathrooms (uhhh still wondering about that one) and saw many of the people that I would have truly smiled at if I had been there face to face. And And And — I got to stand in SNOW!!!!
My PLN always continues to amaze me and my friends continue to humble me with their generosity.
It means a lot……silly old bear……but it means a lot.

What a great slideshow! In some ways this is an even better (and more long lasting) memento than the exhaustion and fatigue that we sometimes bring back!
